Affinity Consulting Group is a nationally recognized consulting firm for law firms.

Despite their reputation, their website wasn’t pulling its weight.

Visitors could find them when searching for their name, but the site wasn’t generating conversions or making it clear what services Affinity provided.

The Problem

Affinity Consulting Group came to ClearBrand looking for a redesign.

While they were well-known in their industry, their website wasn’t working as a growth engine. 

They were showing up for brand keywords like “Affinity Consulting,” but not for the broader searches their prospective clients were using. 

And once visitors did land on the site, the messaging and navigation often left them confused about the services Affinity actually offered.

The result was traffic without conversions, and a site that wasn’t helping grow the business.

The Solution

ClearBrand rebuilt Affinity Consulting Group’s website with a sharp focus on conversion rate optimization.

Our approach included:

  1. Rewriting and optimizing core pages so visitors could instantly understand Affinity’s services.
  2. Implementing on-page and technical SEO fixes with attention to metadata and site structure.
  3. Redesigning navigation and page templates to make the site easier to use and faster to load.
  4. Standardizing CTAs across the site with clear forms embedded directly into core pages, so prospects could take action immediately.
  5. Revamping downloadable resources to feel polished, valuable, and worth exchanging contact details for.

This combination of usability, clarity, and conversion-driven design gave Affinity a site built to turn visitors into leads.

The Results

The ClearBrand team launched the new Affinity Consulting Group website in July 2024. 

We rewrote content, optimized technical elements, modernized the design, and monitored traffic and conversions after launch.

The impact was immediate. 

Visitors who once left the site confused now found clear messaging, easy navigation, and obvious next steps… and they started converting at far higher rates.

Through these efforts, conversions increased by 2X in just 3 months: from a total of 47 in the 3-month period before launch, to a total of 117 in the 3-month period after launch.

In the end, Affinity Consulting Group gained steady traffic growth and three times as many conversions, all from focusing on clear messaging, modern design practices, and a CRO-driven approach to their website.
