Do I build my site? Or do you build it for me?
You do! But we provide extensive instructions to help you along the way. And Divi (the website builder you need) has tons of videos and articles on how to make any change imaginable.
What happen if I stop paying?
The subscription access is not only to ClearBrand Academy courses, but also to ClearBrand Website Template.

In order to use and keep using ClearBrand Website Template, you will need to have an active ClearBrand Academy subscription.

If by any chance your subscription expires or you choose to cancel your membership, you will not be able to continue using ClearBrand Academy or ClearBrand Website Template.

What platforms does this Pre-built Website work with? (WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, etc?)
Our template is exclusively for WordPress. You also need an active subscription to Elegant Themes (Divi Theme) and a host, we recommend Flywheel.

Can I use this Pre-built Website on my existing site?
Yes! As long as you’re using Divi Theme from Elegant Themes, you can use this template. Be warned, though, loading this template into your site may delete the pages and information you already have. This is for more advanced users. Our recommendation is to start fresh with a brand new site.

Hosting, Software, and Domains

Can I use a host other than Flywheel?
Yep! But we only provide instructions for setting up your website with Flywheel. So, if you decide to go with another host, you may need to reach out to them if you have questions about creating your site.
Can I use a theme other than Divi?
No. Our template is built to work exclusively with Divi. We’ve leaned into some of Divi’s great functionality and it will not work with other themes or website builders.

Where will my website be hosted?
You can choose your host. But we only provide instructions for creating your site using Flywheel, so we recommend you go with them. If you use a different host, you may need to reach out to them for questions or support creating your site.
Where do I buy my domain (URL)?
Our favorite domain registrar is Hover. But you can buy your domain at pretty much any registrar you want.
I already have a domain. Can I still use this Pre-built Website?
Yes! All you’ll need to do is have access to your DNS records at your domain registrar to connect and launch your new site.

Will someone build my site for me?

Is it easy to make changes to the Pre-built Website ?
Yes! We created the template with Divi, the world’s most popular website theme and the ultimate website builder. You’ll be able to use the visual editor, which means you don’t need to know any code. You just point, click, and edit. It’s that easy! Plus, we provide detailed instructions on how to change almost any aspect of your site. And Divi has endless amounts of YouTube videos and articles that teach you how to make any change imaginable.
Can the colors and fonts be changed on the Pre-built Website?
Yes! You can change anything you want. We provide detailed instructions about how to make basic changes with your template purchase. Divi has endless instructions on YouTube and articles on their website to show you how to make any change imaginable.
Can I add or delete pages?
Yes! You can make any changes to your website. We provide detailed instructions on how to add new pages, delete pages, and edit pages.
How do I log into my site?
We provide instructions for creating your site with Flywheel and logging in inside the free instructional course that comes with your purchase.

After creating your website through Flywheel or the host of your choice, you will be provided with a URL and login credentials. Reach out to your host if you have questions as this can be different for each host.

How much web design knowledge do I need?
If you only want to make small changes, you’ll find the instructions we provide to be all you need to create your site. Although, we always recommend working with a professional designer to make sure your site looks beautiful and professional.

If you want to make advanced changes to your website, you may need to consult Elegant Themes’ how-to articles and YouTube videos.

Can I link my e-commerce or scheduling app to this site?
Yes! WordPress is built for customization and integrations with all sorts of apps and other software. If you need help integrating your app with your site, reach out to your app’s support team. They’ll be able to provide the instructions you need.
Once my site is published, can I go back and edit it?
Yes! You can edit your site anytime.
How do I launch my site?
