The Problem
Dunn & Stone Builders builds homes within a 60-mile build radius around Houston. Their website wasn’t showing up for relevant keywords, and they weren’t running any ads, which made it difficult to grow their reach and attract new business.
Their marketing team had completely run out of active leads. Their pipeline was empty.
The company had been hesitant to target highly relevant keyword terms like “custom home builders in Texas” through SEO, which meant they were only showing up consistently in search results when people searched for Dunn & Stone by name.
The result was an impossible situation. Dunn & Stone needed new users to discover their website in order for the business to increase leads and traffic, but they were invisible to anyone looking for what they sell: custom home builders.
Without strong SEO and a consistent way to attract and engage new visitors, the team at Dunn & Stone Builders was concerned that new projects would dry up, and they’d be left with a website that wasn’t helping them secure new deals.
The Solution
ClearBrand created a custom marketing strategy with three main pillars:
- SEO – to show up in organic search results
- Google Ads (pay per click) – to get listed at the top of Google search results (and get some quick wins)
- Facebook Ads – to get in front of people in the area and raise awareness for the brand
The idea was to provide Dunn & Stone with quick, qualified leads through paid ads while bolstering the company’s online presence through highly targeted SEO on landing pages and blogs built to bring in organic leads.
We worked with Dunn & Stone Builders’ leadership to develop a clear understanding of their target audience based on the profiles of their existing clients. Then, we performed keyword research to determine what their target audience would usually search for before signing a contract with a home builder.
We then developed a series of blog posts and landing pages that focused on those keywords to attract new visitors to their site. At the same time, we launched pay-per-click advertising campaigns on Meta and Google to provide Dunn & Stone with an immediate new stream of qualified leads who were ready to build a new home.
The Results
The ClearBrand team managed all ad accounts, campaigns, and content production for Dunn & Stone’s website and marketing. The results were visible right away. Dunn & Stone saw an immediate increase in leads from paid ads and organic traffic to their website.
Through SEO efforts, ClearBrand increased clicks on Dunn & Stone’s website by more than 1.6X and impressions by more than 7X in 5 months.
At the same time, we launched ads on Google and Facebook Ads that brought in an average of 13 new leads per month from Google Ads and 37 new leads per month through Facebook Ads.
